The availability and rates for the Ice House are set out below. We only have weekly lets during May, June, July, August and September, Friday to Friday, for 7 nights. At other times of the year (other than Christmas/New Year), the minimum stay is 4 nights.
The availability calendar is indicative only as we manage bookings through a number of channels. At any one time there are usually a number of potential guests in touch requesting dates.

Our terms and conditions are set out on the next page headed "Terms & Conditions". Once your booking is accepted, we can take a bank transfer for your deposit.
The Ice House holds an EPC Rating of C and is licensed by The Highland Council as a Short-Term Let: HI-10382-F
• For weekly rentals of 7 nights, the property is reserved from Friday to Friday.
• Check-out time is by 10 am and check-in is not available until after 4pm.
• From May to September inclusive and over the Christmas/New Year period, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
• For the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
• Maximum of 4 guests.
• Not suitable for either young children (due to unfenced cliffs and proximity to the sea) of for those with mobility issues should the outside flight of steps leading down to the Ice House be a concern.
• Sorry, no pets are permitted in the property or in the garden area.
-- The primary renter must be 25 years old or more.
• No parties or events and no tents or camping in the property or garden area.
• No smoking in the property.
We accept bookings through direct email. Any bookings through third-parties are referred to us by email. If in doubt, please contact us directly via email.
£250 damage deposit is payable at the same time as the balancing payment of the total rent due as security against damage. This amount will be instructed for return (subject to any necessary deductions) within 2 weeks of the end of the stay.
You will be held responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
A sum equal to 30% of total rent due (‘the Deposit‘) is required to secure a booking. Balancing payment of the total rent due, plus £250 damage deposit, is due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
50% of the Deposit paid will be refunded if cancelled at least 8 weeks before arrival date. 50% of the total rental amount paid along with the whole amount of the damage deposit (if paid by the renter) will be refunded if cancelled between 30 and 60 days before arrival date. No refund of rental amount paid if cancelled less than 4 weeks and 8 weeks before arrival date although the whole of the damage deposit (if paid by the renter) will be repaid. See the terms and conditions via link at the bottom of this page. Renters are recommended to take out their own holiday insurance to cover any loss of rental amounts paid.
